Our Process
Clean Your Natural Lashes: We’ll start by cleaning your natural lashes to remove any oils, makeup, or residue. We use an oil-free cleanser to ensure your lashes are clean and free of any debris that could interfere with the application.
Dry Completely: After cleaning your natural lashes, we’ll dry them by patting them gently with a clean, lint-free towel, waiting a few moments for excess moisture to evaporate.
Optional Curl: If you want, we will lightly curl your natural lashes using a clean eyelash curler to help your natural lashes blend seamlessly with the Lashify extensions.
Apply the First Bond Type: Using Lashify’s official Whisper Light Tube, our lash expert will apply a thin layer to your natural lashes, focusing on applying an even layer as a base coat.
Apply the Second Bond Type: Using Lashify’s official Whisper Light Bond, our specialist will apply a thin layer to your natural lashes, focusing on the base of your lashes and avoiding the tips to apply the perfect amount without overloading your lashes.
Apply the Lashes: Our lash expert will apply your chosen lashes, making sure each lash adheres to your natural lash. After placing your lashes, our lash expert will use the Fuse Control Wand to press and fuse the extensions to your natural lashes.
Apply the Glass Finishing Coat: To lock in your Lashify look and add a layer of protection, our expert will apply the Glass Finishing Coat. This step helps to remove any stickiness from the bond and adds a natural shine, ensuring your lashes look flawless and stay in place.
Avoid Water: To ensure the best results, avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application. This helps the bond fully set and extends the life of your Lashify lashes.
The Lash Lab Membership is offered to our most valued customers of Salon Savoir. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in Lash Lab (known as a “Member”) and Salon Savoir. Salon Savoir reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures affecting Lash Lab and to terminate Lash Lab or a Member’s membership at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in Lash Lab, Member agrees to these terms and conditions. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about Lash Lab terms and conditions. Members agree to pay the monthly rate and tax where applicable to participate in Lash Lab.
Memberships in Lash Lab entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:
The CORE 1 Membership: 1 lash application a month of CORE lashes, 10% off products (in-store only), and 1 anniversary gift.
The CORE 2 Membership: 2 lash applications a month of CORE lashes, 10% off products (in-store only), and 1 anniversary gift.
The DRAMATIC 1 Membership: 1 lash application a month of DRAMATIC lashes, 10% off products (in-store only), and 1 anniversary gift.
The DRAMATIC 2 Membership: 2 lash applications a month of DRAMATIC lashes, 10% off products (in-store only), and 1 anniversary gift.
Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership lash applications and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Lash Lab Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under Lash Lab may result in automatic cancellation of membership. Salon Savoir reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or lash applications under Lash Lab.
Members also agree to allow Salon Savoir to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. Salon Savoir may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Salon Savoir believes may be of interest to Member.
Membership offers ability to skip 1 month, pushing payment billing cycle one month later. Monthly skip requests must be submitted via email to salonsavoirsd@gmail.com with the subject line “SKIP 1 MONTH” at least 72 hours prior to next payment due date, or other notice as required by law. Membership can be canceled at any time, without penalty. Memberships must be canceled by submitting a cancellation request via email to salonsavoirsd@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP” at least 72 hours prior to the next monthly payment due date, or other notice as required by law. Cancellation will go into effect 3 business days/72 hours minimum and may take up to 10 days after Operator receives notice.
Unused lash applications do not “rollover” month-to-month. Unused lash application, add-ons and discounts have no cash value. Any unused lash applications expire automatically upon Membership cancellation. Member is not entitled to redeem unused lash applications, add-ons or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused lash applications, add-ons or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancellation.
The membership fees will recur monthly until canceled by the member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee for the Member’s membership level. It is each Member’s responsibility to keep Salon Savoir informed of accurate billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. If Salon Savoir terminates Lash Lab or a Member’s membership in Lash Lab, the Member’s credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to cancel memberships will apply. If a Member upgrades the Member’s membership level, any unused lash applications will roll over to the upgraded membership and the new monthly membership fee will be charged automatically to the authorized credit card.
